Refund & Returns Policy

At Clothub.in, we want you to be satisfied with your clothing purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please review our returns and refund policy. We strive to make the process as smooth as possible for our customers shopping for men's and women's clothing.

Returns Eligibility

You can return items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. We accept returns for size issues, defects, or dissatisfaction. This policy applies to all clothing items for men and women available on Clothub.in. Please ensure that the items are in the same condition as received to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return. Underwear and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Additionally, items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned. We recommend trying on clothes over other clothing to avoid direct skin contact if possible.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@clothub.in or +919119925231. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label if applicable. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing. If the item is not eligible for refund, we will notify you and return it at your expense.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we can process an exchange. Contact us to arrange this. Exchanges are subject to availability and may involve additional shipping charges. We aim to fulfill exchanges quickly to ensure you get the right clothing for your needs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Damaged items due to shipping are covered under our policy. For items damaged after delivery, we may not be able to process a return, but we can offer solutions on a case-by-case basis.
